How to Create a Flat Banner Ad Design using Photoshop
In this post, we will learn how to create a flat banner ad in size 300x250. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Open Photoshop and create a new document using Ctrl+N
Step 2: Now enter the width(300) and height(250) of the banner in pixels and press enter.
Now you will see a white canvas in size 300x250 on the screen.
Step 3: Add a background color for logo and the text area as shown in below. In this, I have used white(#ffffff) color background color for logo and light grey(#e5e5e5) for text area and seperate both the white and grey bg colors using a bit dark grey(#cdcdcd) 2px line.
Step 4: It's time to add logo and text to the banner.
Step 5: Now create a nice button with an eye catching color and add the text "CLICK HERE". This button is also known as 'call to action' button.
Step 6. Add a 2px outline to the banner in dark grey color(#8d8d8d).
Step 7: The banner is ready. Now save the banner in JPG format using Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S
Step 8: A dialogue box will apear with some options. In this, you have to select JPG as image format and optimize the size of banner as per requirement as shown in below image. Normally, it should be below 45kb.
Your banner is ready to use.

Replace the current logo and text with your logo and text and use it where ever you like.
